Security Policy
- We are committed to providing a professionally trained and highly motivated task force to protect client’s assets, operations and personnel under all types of contingencies and adversities. It is ensured that a detailed security plan is prepared, the personnel likely to be deployed are verified from local police and their antecedents are checked.
- We provide clear written instructions covering general standard and duties required of our personnel at the site including reporting procedures.
- Records/Registers to be maintained are provided to facilitate functioning.
- Emergency/Contingency plans for the clients premises are worked out and Quick reaction team to cater for the contingencies are formed.
- Mock Drill / Practice Drills are carried out to perfect reactions at all levels.
- An effective communication plan along with necessary transport is provisioned and provided for effective security system and procedures.
- As part of training all personnel are taught and trained in policies on security systems, health safety and Environment policy and Human Rights Violations Act.

TRAINING POLICY
General
Training establishes sound relationship between a security guard and his profession. It helps him to develop right attitude and ability to work under difficult environmental conditions. Training improves individual ability and capability to minimize security risk.
AIM
The aim of training is to improve professional skill in order to maximize protection of assets and personnel. This is possible if guard force is adequately trained on protection role and preventive means are effectively and intelligently deployed to protect asset target from threats.
Syllabus
The detailed syllabus comprehensively deals with the following aspects of security training.
- Orientation to industrial environment.
- Pre-induction site training.
- Security Awareness training
Duration
The training is arranged in phases covering 6 to 10 days duration depending upon date and time when the guards are required by the employing agencies. Thus based on security requirement, schedule and periods are readjusted in detailed syllabus to provide client specific focus to it. Orientation (Basic) Training is conducted at KSP/Branch concerned for 6 days and 4 days On Job Training at the site as part of training prior to induction.
Orientation to Industrial Environment - 6 DAYS
The training covers general aspects of security training being imparted at respective branches which are adequately equipped to conduct training as per our corporate policy and clients requirements.
- Physical training.
- Types of threats to industrial assets and personnel, of specific client.
- Methodology of prevention of such threats at various posts
- Access Control – Organization and functions.
- Human relations techniques (under stress a, panic and distress).
- Duties of Security Personnel at various places in general.
- Procedure for search, frisking of men and vehicles.
- Keys Management.
- Trade Union and Public Unrest, activities leading to fights and brawls.
- Sabotage, Espionage, Kidnap and extortion, sexual harassment & assault.
- Reporting incident, investigation and FIR.
- Fire Fighting.
- First Aid.
- Management of Reports and Records
Pre-Induction Site Training - 4 Days
This training is specific and applicable to the employing undertaking / establishment. Without the knowledge of following organization aspects security personnel will become ineffective in the performance of their legitimate duties.
- Layout of employing agency premises nature of operations and key personnel
- Geographical details/ neighboring areas, roads, institutions etc.
- Deployment of guard systems.
- Deployment of devices, electronic systems and their control.
- Patrolling Policy, inside premises along outside boundary.
- Socio – Political Condition of neighboring villages, and local population.
- Police set up, with Telephone Nos.
- Medical Services, NGO’s with Telephone Nos.
- Security Plan, including duties of various appointments site instructions.
Security Awareness - Gradual
- Threats against personnel, of the organizations like kidnapping etc.
- Threats against organization assets, like riots, vandalism.
- Emergency management and Quick Reaction Team.
- Socio – Political and ethnic groups in the vicinity.
- Anti organizational elements / group inside the organization.
- Awareness about UN Human rights.
The following specialized training events are also planned and conducted for Supervisor and Security Officers for two days once in two months.

Training Infrastructure
Kussarpsecuricore Pvt. Ltd. is adequately equipped with modern training aids for security training at Head Office as also at all Branches. The infrastructure includes:-
- Training area for physical and outdoor exercise.
- Indoor training facility for lectures and demonstrations.
- Training aids including projectors, films, charts, maps and models.
- Scripts and study material.
- Fire extinguishers and implements for demonstration.
